Jaraba is een Spaanse gemeente in de provincie Zaragoza, in de autonome gemeenschap Aragón. Het behoort tot de comarca van de Gemeenschap van Calatayud, heeft een oppervlakte van 42,81 km² met een bevolking van 282 inwoners en een dichtheid van 6,59 inwoners/km². Het is een plaats die opvalt door zijn thermaalwateren, die de belangrijkste aantrekkingskracht voor toeristen vormen en werkgelegenheid genereren.
