Caimari is een gehucht dat behoort tot de gemeente Selva, gelegen aan de voet van het Tramuntana-gebergte, tussen de dorpen Mancor de la Vall en Binibona. Het heeft een bevolking van 700 inwoners. Caimari heeft een onduidelijke etymologie, mogelijk van Moorse oorsprong. Het territoriale gebied dat sinds de 14e eeuw is toegewezen, is in de loop der tijd aanzienlijk verkleind, tot het in het westen wordt begrensd door de weg van Selva naar de gemeente en, in het zuiden, door de beek die stroomt van de eerder genoemde weg tot de brug van Blau en de weg naar Pollença.
