De Cantillana-brug, ook bekend als de brug van Karel V, bevindt zich in Badajoz, is tweehonderdtwintig meter lang en heeft zeventien bogen. Hij werd gebouwd op verzoek van de architect Gaspar Méndez tussen 1531 en 1535, in de tijd van keizer Karel V.
Het is een ingenieurconstructie om de loop van de rivier Gévora, een zijrivier van de Guadiana, over te steken, nabij de stad Badajoz, op de oude weg van Cáceres. Het was een doorgang die tot het begin van de jaren 1980 werd gebruikt, hoewel het zich momenteel in een zeer slechte staat van behoud bevindt.
