Het klooster van San Juan de las Abadesas is een oud klooster gelegen in de plaats San Juan de las Abadesas in de Catalaanse comarca Ripollés. Tot 945 was het het enige vrouwelijke klooster van Catalonië.
Het klooster, oorspronkelijk bekend als San Juan de Ripoll of San Juan de Ter, werd rond 885 gesticht door graaf Wifredo de Harige en was bestemd voor zijn dochter Emma. Wifredo had iets soortgelijks enkele jaren eerder gedaan door het klooster van Santa María de Ripoll te stichten, dat hij in handen had gegeven van zijn zoon Radulfo.
