De Santa Margarita-vulkaan is een oude vulkaan in de vulkanische regio van Olot, in de gemeente Santa Pau.
Het is een van de belangrijkste in de sector, met een hoogte van 682 meter en de mond heeft een omtrek van 2.000 meter. In het midden van de vlakte gevormd door de krater bevindt zich de Kerk van Santa Margarita, met een romaanse oorsprong. De laatste uitbarsting dateert van 11.000 jaar geleden.
