De Francolí is een rivier in Catalonië. De bron bevindt zich in de Prades-bergen en het stroomt uit in de Middellandse Zee bij Tarragona.
Deze rivier heeft een zeer onregelmatige stroom. Het kan seizoensgebonden overstromingen veroorzaken, waarvan sommige, zoals die van 1917, wijdverspreide verwoestingen in Tarragona hebben veroorzaakt. De oude Romeinse naam was Tulcis.
