Het Kasteel van Ascó is een oude vesting van de Orde der Tempeliers, gelegen in Ascó, Spanje.
Deze vesting behoorde toe aan de Orde der Tempeliers als onderdeel van de Reconquista.
Op het moment van de arrestatie van de tempeliers in Frankrijk, sloten de tempeliers van Aragón zich op in hun kastelen. Het leger van de koning van Aragón valt het kasteel van Ascó aan. De broeders die daar waren, werden gearresteerd.
