De kathedraal Santa María de Regla de León is een katholieke kerk, de bisschoppelijke zetel van het bisdom León in het noordwesten van Spanje, gewijd onder de naam van de Maagd Maria. Het was het eerste monument dat op 28 augustus 1844 door de Koninklijke Orde van Spanje werd verklaard. Begonnen in de 13e eeuw, is het een van de grootste werken van de gotische stijl, met Franse invloeden. Ook bekend als de Pulchra Leonina, wat 'Mooie Leonese' betekent, bevindt het zich op de Weg van Santiago, of Camino de Santiago.
