De kerk van Santa Maria de Puigcerdà was een kerk gelegen in de gemeente Puigcerdà in de regio Cerdaña. Het is een gebouw opgenomen in het Inventaris van het Architectonisch Erfgoed van Catalonië.
De kerk van Santa Maria de Puigcerdà was de oude parochie van de stad waarvan de enige bewaarde resten de toren zijn, toegankelijk sinds het einde van de 20e eeuw, en een portaal, overgedragen aan het klooster van San Domingo. Tegenwoordig bevindt zich op die plek het plein van Santa Maria. Het lijkt erop dat de bouw van de tempel is begonnen in maart 1178, en op 11 oktober van hetzelfde jaar verleende paus Alexander III het bezit aan bisschop Arnau.[1]
