De kapel van Santa Oliva is gelegen aan de oude toegangspoort tot het dorp Olesa de Montserrat via de Camí Ral die kwam van Vacarisses en Terrassa, aan het begin van de huidige straat Santa Oliva.
De kapel werd gebouwd rond 1675 en is verschillende keren verbouwd. Dit bouwwerk is gemaakt van baksteen en het portiek is bedekt met een houten balkenplafond met gewelven die aan de zuidkant wordt ondersteund door twee pilasters, ook van baksteen. De kapel bestaat uit een kleine kamer met een groot venster-balkon dat bijna de hele gevel beslaat. Het interieur, bedekt met een tongewelf, heeft een moderne afbeelding van Santa Oliva, patrones van het dorp.
