Luchthaven Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández , met de originele naam El Altet, is de belangrijkste luchthaven voor de regio's Alicante en Murcia in Spanje. Het ligt in de gemeente Elx , 9 kilometer ten zuidwesten van Alicante. El Altet is geopend op 4 mei 1967 ter vervanging van de oudere luchthaven La Rabassa, die daar lag vanaf 1932. De luchthaven werd genoemd naar de naastgelegen stad Elx. De luchthaven wordt beheerd door het Spaanse staatsbedrijf AENA.
