Het eiland Chacharramendi,[1]ook bekend als Montenegro[2]en in het Baskisch en officieel Txatxarramendi, is een klein eiland aan de kust van Biscay, in het Baskenland, Spanje. Het ligt aan de monding van de rivier Oka, in de baai van Guernica, en maakt deel uit van het Natuurreservaat Urdaibai.
