De Provinciale Openbare Bibliotheek van Jaén, ook wel Casa de la Cultura genoemd, is een bibliotheek die opereert voor de hele provincie Jaén en is gelegen in de stad Jaén, als provinciale hoofdstad. De instelling werd opgericht bij Koninklijk Besluit van 7 augustus 1895, waarin het beheer werd toevertrouwd aan het Facultatieve Lichaam van Archivarissen, Bibliothecarissen en Antiquariërs;[1] tegenwoordig maakt ze deel uit van het Andalusische Bibliotheeksysteem en het Spaanse Bibliotheeksysteem.
