Het Provinciaal Paleis van Albacete is een overheidspaleis uit de 19de eeuw, gelegen in de Spaanse stad Albacete, zetel van de Diputación de Albacete, de regering van de provincie Albacete. Het is een architectonisch werk uit de eclectische stijl van de Restauratieperiode.[1][2][3]Het paleis werd in 1877 ontworpen door de architect Justo Millán Espinosa, op aandringen van de civiele gouverneur van Albacete, Ricardo Castro Benítez, om de zetel van de provinciale regering te huisvesten. Op 23 januari 1878 werd de eerste steen gelegd. De bouw heeft twee jaar geduurd tot 1880, toen het werd ingehuldigd.[1]
