De Molo van Vega Terrón is de rivierhaven van La Fregeneda, in de provincie Salamanca, Autonome Gemeenschap van Castilië en León, Spanje. Het ligt aan de rivier Águeda, naast de monding in de rivier Douro. In dit gedeelte vormen de twee rivieren een natuurlijke grens tussen Spanje en Portugal.
Om bij de haven van Vega Terrón te komen, moet men de regionale weg CL-517 volgen, die van Salamanca naar deze plaats leidt. Vroeger kon men ook met de trein komen, aangezien de internationale spoorlijn tussen Pocinho en La Fuente de San Esteban een stop had in Barca d'Alva.
