De Muur van Tudela de Duero, daterend uit de 13e eeuw, bevindt zich in de gemeente Tudela de Duero, Castilla en León. Tegenwoordig zijn er enkele restanten bewaard gebleven.
De bouw begon tijdens het koningschap van de christelijke koning Alfons X, de Wijze. De muren omringden de stad volledig en er waren twee poorten, een in het westen en de andere in het oosten. Van een van die poorten zijn nog steeds resten bewaard gebleven.
