Het klooster van de Mercedarische nonnen op blote voeten bevindt zich in de Plazuela de la Botica, tussen de Basílica Menor de Santa María de la Asunción en de kerk van San Pedro.
Het is het laatste overgebleven klooster in Arcos. Het werd opgericht in 1642 door een schenking van een directeur van Arcos, mevrouw Beatriz de la Calle y Natera. In de kapel bevinden zich de belangrijkste barokke altaarstukken: een beeld van Onze Lieve Vrouw van Barmhartigheid en een ander van de patroonheilige, Sint-Jozef.
Binnen staat er ook het beeld van de beschermheilige van de stad, San Miguel, een Kind Jezus toegeschreven aan La Roldana en een artistieke bargueño, naast andere artistieke stukken.
