Deze Lourdesgrot bevondt zich nabij de Real Capilla del Calvario.
De Broederschap van Barmhartigheid viert in februari, ter gelegenheid van het feest van Onze-Lieve-Vrouw van Lourdes, een plechtige eucharistieviering ter ere van de Maagd van Lourdes. Deze eucharistieviering begint met het gebed van de Heilige Rozenkrans en eindigt met de processie bij kaarslicht naar de grot aan de zijkant van de kapel en het gebed van de zalf voor het heilige beeld van de Maagd van Lourdes.
