Op het Plaza Maimónides, vlakbij het Hospital del Cardenal Salazar, bevindt zich het Stierenvechtmuseum van Cordoba, gevestigd in een oud statig herenhuis uit de 16e eeuw.
De sterke stierenvechttraditie van Cordoba heeft een deel van het enorme erfgoed samengebracht dat gewijd is aan de vijf kaliefen van het stierenvechten, Lagartijo, Guerrita, Machaquito, Manolete en Manuel Benítez, El Cordobés.
De rondleiding door fotomateriaal, stierenvechtkostuums, oude stierenvechtposters, gravures, stierenvechtinstrumenten, beelden en schilderijen, brengt de geschiedenis van het stierenvechten dichter bij de bezoeker.
