Voor het stadhuis van Cordoba staat de indrukwekkende kerk van San Pablo.
Ze werd gebouwd tussen de 13e en 14e eeuw, maar werd in de 18e eeuw grondig hervormd. De hoofdgevel komt uit op de calle Capitulares en de hoofdingang heeft spiraalvormige zuilen die bekend staan als Salomonica. De toren heeft een van de drie best bewaarde klokkentorens van heel Spanje.
Voorbij de binnenplaats is de hoofddeur te zien, die in maniëristische stijl naar de kerk zelf leidt, die in drie schepen is verdeeld. De meest opvallende kenmerken aan de binnenkant zijn de decoratieve plafonds in Mudejar stijl, het hoofdaltaarstuk en het gewelf of qubba (mogelijk overblijfselen van een Almohad paleis waarboven de kerk is gebouwd).
