Lahti is een gemeente en stad in het zuiden van Finland, ongeveer 100 km ten noordoosten van Helsinki in de Finse provincie Zuid-Finland en in de Finse regio Päijät-Häme. De stad ligt aan de heuvelrug Salpausselkä en aan het meer Vesijärvi. Zij telt bijna 100.800 inwoners en is daarmee de zesde gemeente van Finland.
