Het Stadhuis van Parijs, Frans: Hôtel de ville de Paris, is het gemeentehuis van Parijs, gesitueerd aan de Place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville in het 4e arrondissement. Het staat op de plaats vanwaar sinds 1357 de stad wordt bestuurd. Voor die tijd werd de stad vanuit een gebouw aan de Place du Châtelet bestuurd.
