De Col de Vence is een pas in de Franse Alpen in het departement Alpes-Maritimes. Het verbindt de stad Vence met het plateau van Coursegoules en Gréolières. De weg is een departementale weg met de aanduiding D2. De klim van Vence heeft het kenmerk M2 voor "Route métropolitaine", net als alle eerdere departementale wegen in de grootstedelijke regio Nice.
