De Batterij van Merville, een belangrijke plaats tijdens de landing in Normandië, was een van de strategische doelen die in de nacht van 5 op 6 juni 1944 bestormd werd door de Britse parachutisten van de 6th Airborne.
Met een mix van emotie, educatie en onderdompeling helpt de rondleiding bezoekers het strategische belang van deze Duitse positie te begrijpen en de moed van de mannen die het bestormden aan de vooravond van D-Day.
