De slagen bij Stonne, waarbij Duitsers tegen Fransen vechten en die van 15 mei 1940 tot 27 mei 1940 plaatsvinden, is een van de belangrijkste slagen van de Westelijke campagne.
Gedurende meerdere dagen strijden de infanterie en de tanks van beide kampen met zware verliezen om de controle over het dorp Stonne en de bergrug waarop het zich bevindt. Vanuit deze positie, die de Duitse bruggenhoofd in Sedan in het noorden overheerst, had een Franse aanval vanaf deze lijn tegen het bruggenhoofd kunnen uitlopen en zo de opmars van de Duitsers naar het Kanaal kunnen bedreigen.
