De Kathedraal van La Rochelle is een katholieke kerk gelegen in de stad La Rochelle, Frankrijk. De kathedraal is sinds 1906 een nationaal monument. Het bisdom van La Rochelle werd opgericht in 1648, maar de eerste steen van de nieuwe kathedraal werd pas in 1742 gelegd, tegen die tijd was de architect die de plannen had opgesteld, Jacques Gabriel, al overleden; het werk werd op afstand toegesuperviseerd door zijn zoon Ange-Jacques Gabriel. Hoewel het nog niet af was, werd het toch ingezegend in 1784. De structuur is een vrij sobere neoclassicistische. De koepel heeft schilderijen van William Bouguereau, een geboren en getogen inwoner van de stad.
