De Notre-Dame-toren of Mostiertoren is een versterking die behoort tot de stadsring van Besançon. Ze ligt in de sector Tarragnoz, dicht bij het historische centrum. De Notre-Dame-toren is een toren die tijdens de 16e eeuw is gebouwd. Ze ligt aan de voet van de Citadel van Besançon, in de sector Tarragnoz, en zorgde voor de verdediging van de Notre-Dame-poort in het zuidwesten van de stad. Ze werd in de 17e eeuw door Vauban verbouwd. Tegenwoordig is ze gemetseld.
