La Torre di Notre-Dame o torre di Mostier è una fortificazione appartenente alla cintura urbana di Besançon. Si trova nel settore di Tarragnoz, nelle vicinanze del centro storico. La Torre di Notre-Dame è una torre costruita nel corso del XVI secolo. Si trova ai piedi della Cittadella di Besançon, nel settore di Tarragnoz e garantiva la difesa della porta Notre-Dame a sud-ovest della città. Fu modificata da Vauban nel XVII secolo. Oggi è murata.
