Het Horlogemuseum van Morteau, gelegen in het kasteel Pertusier in Morteau in de Haut-Doubs, schetst de geschiedenis van de horlogemakerij in Franche-Comté sinds de 18e eeuw.
Het Horlogemuseum van Morteau is in 1985 opgericht op initiatief van Constant Vaufrey. Vroegere horlogemaker en adjunct-burgemeester, wilde de heer Vaufrey het horloge-erfgoed van Franche-Comté behouden en toeristen de horlogegeschiedenis van Morteau laten ontdekken. Het Val de Morteau dankt zijn welvaart aan de horlogemakerij, eerst Franse tussen 1750 en 1990, en momenteel Zwitserse.
