(locatie nog te bevestigen). De Besbre schuurde uit de rotswanden een vallei en sneed uraniumhoudende ertsen aan. Het duurde tot 1951 tot men dit ontdekte. Op het grondgebied van de gemeente Saint-Priest-la-Prugne werd in 1951 de uraniummijn van Bois-Noirs gestart. Er werd bovengronds en tot een diepte van 440 meter uraniniet ontgonnen van 1955 tot de mijn in 1980 min of meer was uitgeput.
