Het Regionale Natuurpark Scarpe-Schelde strekt zich uit in het Franse departement Nord in de regio Hauts-de-France. Het ligt in de grensregio met België, in het Waalse Gewest, provincie Henegouwen.
Het in 1968 opgerichte natuurpark was de eerste van zijn soort in Frankrijk. Het beslaat een oppervlakte van 43.000 hectare. 48 gemeenten vormen het park, 12 andere zijn geassocieerd en samen vertegenwoordigen ze een opvanggebied van ongeveer 160.000 bewoners. Het gebied, gekenmerkt door een relatief vlak hoogteprofiel, wordt sterk beïnvloed door een dicht netwerk van waterlopen. Schelde, Scarpe en het Canal de Pommeroeul à Condé zijn de belangrijkste aderen, waarvan de wijdvertakte riolen en afwateringsgreppels getuigen van het eerdere gebruik voor de mijnbouw- en industrie-ontwikkeling.
