Gebouwd aan het einde van de 15e eeuw na de overwinning van hertog René II van Lotharingen op Karel de Stoute van Bourgondië, werd de Cordelierskerk de dynastieke necropolis van het Huis van Lotharingen en een emblematische plaats van hertogelijke macht. De vele tentoongestelde werken - schilderijen, beeldhouwwerken, glas-in-loodramen en kunstvoorwerpen - laten vijf eeuwen Lotharingse geschiedenis zien in de oudste kerk van Nancy. Digitale projecties dompelen u onder in het hart van de hoofdstad van het hertogdom en er wordt ook een maquette van Nancy in 1611 onthuld.
