De kerk Saint Jean Baptiste werd in 1516 verbouwd door Augier d'Arcangues en is typerend voor Baskenland. De gesneden houten galerijen en glas-in-loodramen geven dit luxueuze bouwwerk een echt cachet. De klokkentoren, die sinds 1925 op de monumentenlijst staat, torent majestueus uit boven het dorp Arcangues.
De aangelegde begraafplaats is zonder twijfel een van de mooiste in Baskenland, met zijn vele schijfvormige stèles en zijn unieke panoramische uitzicht op de Pyreneeën. Op de begraafplaats bevinden zich de graven van Pierre d'Arcangues en Luis Mariano.
