De Caverne du Dragon, een emblematische plek op de Chemin des Dames, is een voormalige ondergrondse steengroeve in het hart van de gevechten tijdens de Eerste Wereldoorlog. Deze "creute", inkwartiering, gebedshuis, ziekenboeg en zelfs begraafplaats, getuigt van het dagelijkse leven van de soldaten aan beide zijden en van de harde gevechten die dit gebied tussen 1914 en 1918 kenmerkten.
De temperatuur in de Cavern is constant 12°C en rondleidingen zijn beperkt tot 49 personen.
En nieuw voor 2026: elke eerste zondag van de maand zijn de rondleidingen in de grot gratis!
