Het biedt plaats aan boten van 5m tot 16m en biedt tal van diensten: lift van 30 ton, sanitaire voorzieningen, brandstof, 24 uur per dag algemene bewaking, weersvoorspelling, wifi. Verhuur van ligplaatsen voor pleziervaartuigen op de wal en op het water.
