In deze voormalige Keltische boerderij werd in de 20e eeuw de ommuurde tuin van de Middeleeuwen opnieuw aangelegd, gebaseerd op de beschrijving in de Cartulaire de Notre Dame de Chartres. De tuin voedt zowel het lichaam als de geest. De 200 oude planten die hier groeien hebben allemaal geneeskrachtige eigenschappen. De bloemperken, omzoomd door ronde buxus, symboliseren de reis van het vierkant van de aarde naar de romaanse ronde hemel. In een dambordpatroon van binnenplaatsen vermengen aromatische, verf- en textielplanten zich. De moestuin, beschermd tegen de Beauce-winden door plessis van gevlochten riet, wordt omringd door een klooster van haagbeuken dat inspireert tot rust en meditatie.
