De door Catherine Masbach ontworpen tuin strekt zich uit over 600 meter lang en 70 meter breed op de rechteroever van de Garonne, in de wijk Bastide. Alle thema's die in deze tuin worden opgeroepen vragen om originele presentaties, ontworpen door de landschapsarchitect: watertuin, galerij van milieus, graanvelden, stadstuin, sierronde, verticale tuin en gemeenschappelijke tuin. De Cité Botanique is een permanente en tijdelijke tentoonstellingsruimte die botanica presenteert en u kennis laat maken met duurzame ontwikkeling. De hoge kassen verwelkomen u in een typisch mediterraan klimaat.
