Het kasteel werd in de 16e eeuw gebouwd door de familie de Beauvau en heeft een vierkante plattegrond omringd door vier ronde torens met peperbusdaken. Een portiek, een elegante deur met een balkon en grote ramen werden toegevoegd in de 18e eeuw.
De begane grond van het kasteel is alleen in juli en augustus toegankelijk voor bezoekers.
Groepen van meer dan 20 personen moeten vooraf reserveren.
