De oude abdijkerk van Berteaucourt-les-Dames werd in 1095 gesticht door twee dames die door de abt van Saint-Martin de Pontoise waren gezonden. Het is een juweeltje van de buiten- en binnenarchitectuur in romaanse stijl, opgetrokken tot een hoogte van ongeveer dertig meter. Dit gebouw werd in 1840 geclassificeerd als een opmerkelijk historisch monument.
