Militaire begraafplaats waar de lichamen liggen begraven van 3751 soldaten die rond Lunéville sneuvelden tijdens de gevechten van augustus-september 1914, of die stierven in de militaire hospitalen van Lunéville van 1915 tot 1918, evenals de stoffelijke overschotten van soldaten die sneuvelden tijdens de gevechten van 1940
Deze plaats onderscheidt zich door zijn sereniteit en door het panorama dat hij biedt op de omliggende regio. Het is niet ongewoon om families uit heel Europa het graf van een geliefde te zien bezoeken.
Te ontdekken op de site: Espace Muséal Chaubet, Chapelle du Souvenir en Salle du Souvenir. Een 1 kilometer lang wandelpad verbindt het kerkhof van Mouton Noir met de Colline du Léomont.
