Op nr. 3 rue du Collège de Foix (loodrecht op de rue des Lois, rue Deville).
De Banque de France is gevestigd op de plaats van het Cordeliersklooster. De Cordeliers, minderbroeders franciscanen, kwamen in 1222 in Toulouse aan en bouwden van de 13e tot de 15e eeuw een groot klooster waarvan vandaag de dag weinig meer over is. Het portaal en de achthoekige klokkentoren zijn zichtbaar vanaf de straat
De geschiedenis vertelt ons dat de crypte de bijzonderheid had om lijken te bewaren. De voorzitter van het parlement van Toulouse, Jean Etienne Duranti, werd er in 1589 begraven.
