An der Nr. 3 der Rue du Collège de Foix (rechtwinklig zur Rue des Lois, Rue Deville).
Die Banque de France befindet sich an der Stelle, an der früher das Kloster der Cordeliers stand. Die Cordeliers, minderjährige Franziskanerbrüder, die 1222 nach Toulouse kamen, errichteten vom 13. bis zum 15. Jahrhundert ein großes Kloster, von dem heute nur noch wenig übrig ist. Das Portal und der achteckige Glockenturm sind von der Straße aus zu sehen
Die Geschichte besagt, dass die Krypta die Besonderheit hatte, Leichen aufzubewahren. Der Präsident des Parlaments von Toulouse, Jean Etienne Duranti, wurde 1589 hier beerdigt.
