Al n. 3 di rue du Collège de Foix (perpendicolare a rue des Lois, rue Deville).
La Banque de France si trova sul sito del convento dei Cordeliers. I Cordeliers, frati minori francescani, arrivarono a Tolosa nel 1222 e dal XIII al XV secolo costruirono un grande convento di cui oggi rimane poco. Il portale e il campanile ottagonale sono visibili dalla strada
La storia ci dice che la cripta aveva la particolarità di conservare i cadaveri. Il presidente del Parlamento di Tolosa, Jean Etienne Duranti, vi fu sepolto nel 1589.
