Een relatief onbekend familiestrand waar de lokale bevolking graag afspreekt voor een praatje. Een bijzondere en charmante sfeer, een beetje uit de tijd, ondersteund door de aanwezigheid van de villa des Hirondelles en haar stijl uit 1900. Zwemmen is mogelijk bij vloed. Vlakbij is er een kleine oesterkwekerij met kraampjes waar oesters worden verkocht om mee te nemen of om te proeven, en een kraampje waar vis uit het Bassin wordt verkocht. Als het aan het eind van de dag hoogwater is, komen schippers hier aanleggen om oesters te halen om mee te nemen op de boot of om ter plekke van te genieten. Tijdens het zomerseizoen is er op het strand een zeilclub gevestigd voor cursussen en catamaran- of hobbiecatlessen.
