Begane grond: een leefruimte van 35 m² bestaande uit een woonkamer (flatscreen TV van 160 cm en soundbar), volledig ingerichte keuken (vaatwasser, koelkast/vriezer, inductiekookplaat, enz.). Inkomhal (wasruimte, vestiaire, vissersruimte, diverse opbergruimtes, enz.)
* Slaapkamer 1: met 2 eenpersoonsbedden 90*200.
Al onze bedden kunnen op verzoek worden veranderd in 180/200 met aangepast beddengoed.
* Doucheruimte met WC.
Eerste verdieping
* Slaapkamer 2: met 3 eenpersoonsbedden 90*200
* Slaapkamer 3: met 2 eenpersoonsbedden 90*200.
* Doucheruimte met WC.
* Ontspanningsruimte op de mezzanine met zwevend net boven de zitkamer.
Buitenruimte :
Terras met eethoek, ontspanningsruimte en barbecue. Kinderspeeltuin (glijbaan en schommels) gedeeld door alle 3 de gîtes
Privé parkeerplaats, overdekte opslagruimte voor materiaa
