Het team van Didier bestaat uit ongeveer vijftien personen. Jonge mensen die gepassioneerd zijn over hun werk en altijd beter willen doen en vooruitgang willen boeken. Elke werknemer is anders, maar brengt zijn of haar eigen vaardigheden en knowhow mee. Een hecht team dat elkaar helpt en elke dag werkt in een gezellige familiesfeer.
Onze verschillende meelsoorten (tarwe, tarwe, maïs, spelt, granen, mout, traditioneel, volkoren, rogge, enz.) zijn afkomstig van de molen GERS FARINE in Sainte Christie. De productie is 100% traditioneel en gebeurt de hele dag door in onze bakkerij en het laboratorium.
