Deze rotspunt is doordrenkt van geschiedenis, maar heeft ook een opmerkelijke flora. Langs de paden zijn prehistorische en Gallo-Romeinse overblijfselen te zien. Langs een bospad dat naar de Chapelle Sainte-Hélène leidt, kan de wandelaar de winterpaardenstaart ontdekken, een plant die zeer zeldzaam is in Lotharingen. Educatieve terminals zullen tijdens de wandeling ook waardevolle informatie over het gebied verstrekken.
