Restaurant gelegen in de wijk Château, op twee minuten van het centrum van Pau
Menu gebaseerd op regionale en seizoensgebonden producten, elke twee maanden vernieuwd. Wij bieden "huisgemaakt" eten aan. Twee typische gerechten zoals Garbure en Poule au Pot worden het hele jaar door aangeboden. S Avonds is de sfeer gezelliger. In de zomer, een terras dat plaats biedt aan een twintigtal eters, beschut in geval van regen, op een plaats waar weinig verkeer is tijdens de maaltijden.
