Op een steenworp afstand van het stadhuis en het theater biedt Bistrot Voltaire een lunchmenu in bistrostijl met eenvoudige gerechten op basis van verse seizoensproducten. Elke avond laat chef Thomas Marguin zijn verbeelding de vrije loop met een kort, inventief menu, evenals het "Mystère"-menu, dat een van de signatuurgerechten van het restaurant is geworden.
