In het hart van het platteland, in een residentieel gehucht, geeft het huis uit op een overdekt terras aan de achterkant en een prachtig aangelegd, bloemrijk gazon zonder inkijk. Elke woensdagochtend is er markt in Saint Gence. Wandel- en mountainbikeroutes lopen door Senon en bieden prachtige wandelingen tot aan de Monts de Blond. Er zijn talloze wateractiviteiten bij het meer van Saint Pardoux op 20 km afstand.
